Peter Case in concert

Renowned Singer/Songwriter PETER CASE returns to Don the Beachcomber by popular demand.

The former frontman for THE PLIMSOULS appears solo acoustic, performing his brilliant original compositions, interspersed with quirky and entertaining stories of his days as a teenager growing up in Syracuse. Anecdotes include his journey to San Francisco to become a busking street singer, his arrival in LA, and his meteoric rise as the lead singer and songwriter for The Plimsouls.

The Plimsouls song “A Million Miles Away” is a power pop classic. Case’s debut solo album, produced by T-Bone Burnett, earned him his first Grammy nomination and spearheaded a songwriter movement now dubbed "Americana."

Twelve solo albums and two more Grammy nominations followed, including one for his 2007 album Let Us Now Praise Sleepy John.
