“Orleans Rock n Roll for the soul” describes a barrelhouse blues band that travels and performs with an acoustic upright piano, saxophones, upright bass, and drums.
Drums are played by one of the founding members of “The Blasters,” Bill Bateman.
Rumble King’s arrangements are tight and melodic, honest, faithful and always rockin’, giving them a genuinely raw, American roots inspired sound.
“Rumble King is a passionate 5-piece vintage Rock & Roll Band. From the early days of rock & roll to the greasy barrelhouse R&B, sock hops to juke joints, the band nails it.
Steeped in tradition this band takes you back to the days when parents tried to steer their kids away from this infectious form of the ‘Devil’s Music.'
Rumble King delivers in a way that leaves you asking for more.

Blues Harpist Whiteboy James has continued to wow audiences since with his sorcerer-like powers of performance on stage. Recalling the great shout singers of the 1940s, yet as unique and vital as tomorrow, the tough, passionate, funny yet lovable hurricane of a songwriter, harmonica blower, amazing singer is a uniquely gifted human being.
